Scheduling Protocol and Cancellations

We are happy to guarantee your appointment with a credit card, gift certificate number or prepayment. Should you find that you need to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. A "no-show " will be charged the full service rate.

Product Returns

With proof of purchase, defective product may be returned and a credit will be issued.
